The hotel stay had its ups and downs. The cleanliness of the room was a concern, particularly with some stains and maintenance issues, but the staff were responsive and moved us to a better room quickly. The amenities were decent, but the noise from the air conditioning and other machines was quite bothersome. Overall, it had potential but needs improvement in a couple of areas.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While I appreciated the spacious rooms and the convenience of having various activities for the family, the service left much to be desired. The staff's lack of responsiveness and the unpleasant room conditions seriously affected my experience. I can't recommend it based on my visit.
